Hii Srikanth,
I also had d same worries that u r having exactly one year ago. I have done my Engg in Electronics & Commn... and now doing MBA in goa.. We have specialisation in 2nd year only and that too we can have dual specialisation. So I am doing HR majors and Marketing minors..
Now in ur case, since u r a CS engg.. so u can go fir systems if u wanna make ur career in IT companies.. But if u r more inclined towards marketing, then better to go for marketing since then u wud have wider choices like market research, branding, mktg strategies n so on.. But whichever comoany u get through, the initial profile offered to u wud be sales only.. and not pure marketing.. its only after u gain field experience that u climb up the ladder in mktg..
So u first have to decide what do u want to do for the rest of ur life.. take up HR only if u r serious abt it.. else it will be a mess...
Just go ahead wid an open mind.. and dont worry!!!
Decide well..
Cheers!!!!
Monica..

Dear Srikant,
Perhaps, my post may not be good to you but will come with reality. BE + MBA is the best combination as of now in the indusry. But., it would be fine if you can do it with a minimal experience in the industry (doesn't matter of particular industry).
While you growing in the verticals of the organization, you may require MBA to reach the better. But, gain some experience, then you can decide on your own, what is required?
MBA will add more attention to your resume.

Shiv

Dear,
Don't go with anybody's words.
See, after 10th every student should undergo education counseling to choose right career. But it is often seen that people normally decides the career which pays more.
You should choose education/career/profession as per your area of interests and area of strength. If you choose such a career, not only you will enjoy doing but also will succeed.
Career choice with interests only may not give you success if you don't have strength in that subjects.
Hence choose a career/subject where you think you have interests in it and you think you are bit technically sounded about that career/subject.
