Addition to Parinda's you need to look after vendor mangement, cafetaria, housekeeping, courier details like incoming and outgoing, mainly looking after the day to day filing works which is very imp for office coordinator, reporting/ update day to day work to your senior.
you need to keep a track of employees attendance as n when HR may ask any time.
you also need to check the incoming and outgoing items and maintain proper register.

2.Getting cleaning done and Assigning task to lower Jr.Staff (Maid or office boy) , Supervising the work once its done
3.Issue is check list to Jr.Staff, and auditing there work EOD and EOM.
