Could anyone please help me with online videos or small clips for use in training programs and workshops for softskills???
I am looking for videos in following softskill training:
Attitude
Communication
Customer Service
Telephone Etiquettes
Time Management
Stress management
Anger Management
Conflict management
Leadership
ETC...
I have tried onto net but have not been able to find a lot (or effective videos so to speak). Your comments and views and resources would be of great help..
