Hi Vrajvee
Thanks for posting such an excellent ppt. Many trainers and training managers are finding it difficult to quantify the positive impact of training to top management who always have doubt about the effectiveness of training contribution to the business bottom line.
This has certainly help in making their job easier.

Dear RAjiv,
I am also a trainer. Generally it is difficult to measure the benefits of training as many of its oucomes are intangible in nature. Thus clients, especially from govt sector consider training as a watage of time and effirts. This is a good presentation which would help in assessing the benefits of training in a quantitative way.
congrats and regards
