Hi,
I do not know the nature of your business/company.
Anyways I suggest the following initiatives, you may use as suitable.
1. Email Game - You may post some interesting questions in the mail and can award the first right answer.
2. Fun Hour every Month - Conduct some funny outdoor games every month for about 2 hours. Plan for some refreshments, click snaps and display it in your notice board and spread happiness.
3. You can sponsor each department for a dinner (excluding cocktail) once in a year.
4. Form sports team based on the interest of the employees and encourage them to play after working hours. But see to that you provide necessary resources.
5. Conduct sports day once in a year.
6. Celebrate birthdays of employees, put their photos in prominent locations.
7. Send the childhood pictures of some key persons in your organisation and ask your employees to guess the person.
8. Create a play station and make it open during the lunch hour.
Above are my suggestions, implementation depends on the nature of your workforce and the management's interest.
All the Best! Have fun!
