Dear All,Given the vast improvements in technology and dependence of many companies on their in-house career portals, what is the future of recruitment consultancies?A lot of companies seem to be using their HR recruiters for end-to-end recruitment work, including sourcing and short listing of profiles....What do these trends portend for recruitment consultants? Dear friend,
Your right, today most of companies are getting involve in end-to-end recruitment process to reduce error in outsourcing process and executing all process themselves to make it more effectiveness on quality control parameter which require vertical knowledge, and I do not think outsourcing one function of the process would be cost effectiveness for any corporate bodies.
It is likely that the industry will see an improved focus on particular specialist. In recruitment, there is an up-and-coming trend towards specialist agencies to support specific process and sectors, such as who can handle hole recruitment automated process, and it is likely that understanding of a particular client requirement, process and industry will become more attractive.
