These questions and answers are very much related to the person’s character and ability to respond to problems that would arise in the company; if there is any. Aside from knowing the people first hand, they have other duty which is subject to every company’s rule. Another thing they do is develop, advice and implement policies of the company. People who would do irregular things outside the norms of the company is subject to sanctions. These sanctions and misbehaviors are also evaluated by HR personnel.
