One Topic could be " Why Employees Quit Present/Current Employment which Some so Enthusiastically Took Up, Voluntarily "? The Findings could be Eye-Opener.

Kindly tell us in what sort of organisation you will be doing the internship and the number of employees they have, the duration of your internship, etc. This information will help us to give an appropriate advice.
When I was doing my Diploma in Management Studies and a Master Degree, in part-time mode, my own employers refused to let me conduct surveys. Hence, you also need to consider whether the organisation that you are considering will allow you to do the survey.
Also, kindly read the interview of an intern at https://www.graduate-jobs.com/intern...case-study.jsp and that will give you some idea of what to do during your internship.

Dear Colleague,
In my view, you may like to undertake in- depth study of 'Interviews ' as a method of recruitment most widely and commonly used, it's strengths
and inadequacies, as compared to psycho- testing/personality testing methods.
It could be quite revealing study.
