Dear Shiva,
it is not like that what you are thinking, you should do training for your employees in a better way so that your organisation will get some benefits for this.
You can do analysis or keep watching to all employees and create a plan to improve in all areas.
Please do let me know about your taks ,i will keep busy for next 2 years and really you will get benefits for this.
I have a good experience working with highly professional organisation and i will give you task on weekly basis.
Please do call me on this.

Hello,
I wish I could contribute but as I have no practical exposure to HR field so may be I wouldn't judge Shiva's query in a right manner. But things which I have learned about HRM I always found those aspects very intresting. If in theory they are so challenging and exciting so I am sure that in practical Life these challenges can not be regarded as BORING.
Think over it again shiva..... if others who belongs to an experienced HR professional category have got diffrent perspectives about HR field so it really gives food for thought.....

I dont think hr is boring, but i have only 7 months of experience. As of now I didnt find hr is boring job. Once you start liking the job you wont feel its boring. My first job as a fresher was in a consultancy where the work environment was very bad so i used to feel my work place as hell and it was boring. Now I have changed my job where there is good working environment, all my collegues are co-operative and I am learing a lot each and everyday.
So I feel the place you work is also very important to make your job more interesting. I wish you get a job which makes you interesting. Al d best...

Unless & until you take HR as passion , it will be a boring subject. Come out with innovative ideas & make HR as passion. Abhijeet
