how to calculate gujarat region salary part & other benifit, pls help me out here to calculate salary payroll and affect of PF & ESI rule of gujarat zone.

You are telling that due to having some personal problem 2yrs back, good rating is not being given to you by your boss which resulted in stuck of your career growth. What kind of personal problems you are having with your boss? Whether they are personal or in connection with company business or work? If they are personal, it is better to quit the job by searching another in elsewhere. If it related to official, the management always prefer to give importance to your boss until and unless proved in contrary position as per rank & file of the organization. Since last two years, it you are unable to settle your personal problem with your boss whether it is genuine on your / his part, why you are still compelling to stay & work with him? Why you did not bring the same to the notice of his immediate boss / HR dept as the case may be.
I feel in every organization, HR dept is there to see this type of cases so that issues could be resolved at an early stage. Confrontation with boss at the place of work that too having some personal problem with him, could not prove trust worthy to any person like you. Under these circumstances, it better to leave the job by searching for better one and then only should leave present organization in order to avoid confrontation with your present boss and to have a peaceful and better work environment in the office of new employer.
