Hello Sir/Madam,
I have experience of 2 and half years out of which 1 year is into backoffice and 1 and half years into recruitment for call centers.
My doubt is that, as i am working in a small firm where we are not provided with any documents i still have requested my senior to help me out with it, so in that case if they mention both the experiences in one experience letter will that work.
If yes kindly help me out with the same.

Namrata, no matter how small or big the company is, if you have left the company on good terms or bad terms or company has asked you to resign and you also have given your notice period of 20 days or 30 days you may always demand for experience letter. Contents on the expereince letter can be customised according to the work allocation or should be given on the last working profile of the candidate . Always seek the request politely your work will be done. dont be demanding be convincing.

Hi Namrata,
1. Basically, an experience letter can be given based on your last profile in the Company. Details about Job Rotation or Internal Transfer or Roles Transfer will not be mentioned in the letter.
2. If you want to include these two jobs in a single letter, do request your company management to mention your designation as "Executive - HR & Admin" in experience letter. It may cover both your back office & Recruiter jobs.
