Just check holidays declared under factories or establishhment act & rules applicable to you. Wages have to be paid for such days.

Where any specific set of holidays or weekly closure is not displayed under any specific rule viz shops and establishment act mines act or factory act, the number of days are taken as 26 per month
if there is any specific registration under above acts and days of weekly off is displayed on notice board then no of days would be full calendar month and these displayed "off days" are paid holidays, as per the respective act
regarding festive leaves, these are calculated as paid holidays. and included in monthly wages.
