I suggest those who will be in charge of a line or section or department that immediate pat on the back of the employee for some good work the employee has done (innovation of process, speed of work, accuracy or neatness etc),preferably in presence of some other employee/s helps a lot. It is the immediate, on the spot appreciation that helps a lot.
At the same time if an employee has a doubt/issue with the process and the employee raises it to his manager or supervisor, and the latter considers it to be a valid point and amends the same it should be frankly admitted (again in presence of some other employees) such acknowledgements go a long way in employee satisfaction.
