Dear Twinkle,

I basically believe that Talent Acquisition is the best thing that you can take into prior consideration, w.r.t analysing people you can also collaborate a bit of psychology by going for psychometric testing by using methods like MBTI,16PF,Johari Window,BARS etc, Gamification n Cloud are the buzz words these days so amalgamating them to form a core HR structure would be fruitful and can give a better insight towards your goals and aspirations, you can also icline yourself towards Training and Development that includes 'Train the Trainer" Programs etc...i would like you not to be generalised by the hoi polloi in believing that their is a particular niche for women in HR and as Steve Jobs used to say"Love your job and you would feel content and happy", even John Lennon's mum used to tell him to be happy ..w.r.t motivation & morale theories are concerned Morale is directly proportional to productivity so the crux is that be happy in whatever you do and you would reach the zenith of success.
