Hi,
There are different ways for calculating the annualised attrition from differnt school of thought.
Attrition is always calculated on Annual Basis since we budget annualy for the targeted numbers and the monetary loss once someone leaves (Recruitment Cost, Training Cost, Loss to vertical due to the productivity loss etc).
Also there is one more analysis for measuring the early attrition or to acess the wrong hires
Please find attached the month on month and annualised attrition tracker that you can use.

HI,
The attached attrition calculation will not be helpful to workout an exact report
For example: Open Head Count 100, attrition 50, New joiners, 0 then attrition will be 50% for the particular month but in your attachment it is wrongly worked out
