Thank you sir, for providing us very important info, and matter is now clear.
One more question.. Is there any way, through which one can run away from becoming a member, though he falls under eligible income bracket. Since we were not members of ESIC, we already have taken private health policies, and paying premiums. Hence, this querry. Hope, you will not misunderstand me.

Dear Mr.ABHAY,
Why do you want to escape from coverage.ESI is a statutory insurance and there is no option either for an employer or an employee.
2.In private medical insurances there are lot of riders in getting the claims settled, even though they claim cashless and hazellefree.Under ESI there is no capping for the medical expenditure. You may be surprised to note that for one individual ESIC has spent nearly A CRORE for his superspeciality treatment. There need not be any inhibitions about esi superspecility medical treatment which is arranged thro various pvt medical institutions thro cashless and hazellefree -in its real meaning. There need not be any unnecessary aversion against esi coverage.
Thanks&regards
