Dear All,
PFA is a circular by ESIC HQ dated 01.07.2020 extending time for filling contribution for the period ended on March 2020.
According to this circular, you can now submit the RCC up to 15.07.2020 for the contribution period from October 2019 to March 2020.

Dear N.Lokanadha Babu,
When the ESI Corporation comes out with a circular for extension of the date for filling the return of contribution, certainly it is mandatory.
In portal, there is a provision to click for submitting the RCC and when you click it after the submission date, you get a message of delay submission days.

As per the notification, Employers on the filing of ESI contribution has now further extended the return of contribution till 15th July 2020 for the contribution period October 2019 to March 2020. For more details, please refer to the attached notification.
