Dear cynthiaclement & Friends,
Your ques was- Why HR people don't get jobs easily? why do companies not recruit HR's frequently?
The reason Behind this are:
1-The Position Of HR is very Crutial & critical as well & freshers don't have a knowledge of practical work of HR.So most of the companies prefer experienced persons rather than freshesr. Bcoz it saves company Time,Resource & Money.
2-Some companies (Mid size & Small size) treat HR personnel as liability rather than Asset so they don't prefer more than 1-2 persons for the HR Post.
3-As the time is changing, new technology is coming & being continously adopted by the learning organizations so most of the work becomes automated, and it is replacing the number of manpower.
4-As the knowledge & understanding level of Just passed out persons are not up to the mark and not matches with corporate world, they learn very little and think big, their expectations are much higher,so they don't fit in the appropriate HR position.
5-The work of HR is to make policy keeping in mind both the organizational goal & Individual expectaions. If this balance even little disturbes, affects the whole organization......
I hope you are little bit clear with the above points.
