Dear Raj,
If the nature of work on which contract labour is employed through contractor is not prohibited by the appropriate Govt. through notification then you can provide man power.

Dear All,
we have one more query!
we have awarded 3 works to one contractor in our premises. The contractor has also obtained contractor labour licence under the act by clubbing the aforesaid works. Now the enforcement officer is insisting to take 3 separate licence. Kindly clarify is it required.
