Dear Hari Priya,
Opened a good debate. You can not differentiate and confirm the importance between the people and process because it is like the which is the first in egg & chicken.
Without a structured process people can not go forward that is the reason we write SOP as people may change which should not affect the systems and organizational processes and procedures
The other side of the coin is that people only structure & improvize the systems and procedures, no modifications / developments in the systems will have on its own, it is the people.
In my opinion a bit weightage towards the people because in new organizations working out the systems and processes are done only by people.
Thanks and regards - kameswarao

My view is that both are like two eyes of a human being, you can’t compramise either one. Both are important to the organisation. Regards Srikanth

Hai
Acc to me People are more importsnt than process because if you hire the right people they will build the right process for the prganisation. but if you have a very upgrade process but people are not up to mark then it just wastage of the company.
