Hello Neeru,

Really Good Effort ,You can also wish them in their Anniversaries(if Married),Festivals Wishing,
Apart from this you can elect one of the menmber as 'Man of the Month'-for achiving the target(if any),this will inspire other team members for achieving the target ,as 'Recognition' is one of the most Inspiring Motivation Tool(as per my experience).

Hope this will aid you:-P

Hi Neeru
Good start ! but B4 hand better you sit with your top management (decision making group) and know their pulse becaaz, activites you are going to start involve money. Make a budget for each activity, get formal approval of management, announce the activiites slowly but steadily , say one activity a month becaaaz ultimately you maintain consistency and objective of high motivation. Non-monety things can also be tried like ;
1. visiting employee's houses know about them
2. visiting sick persons and enquirng their welfare
3. Helping an employee's family who is away on official assignment
4. Take care of kids schooling , admission when employee is away or sick
These add more value I feel apart from your list
Nice day
