My name is Neelima Sinha.I am pursuing my MBA-HR(Final Semester from Dr.D.Y.Patil Institute Of Management Studies.As a part of my MBA program,i have undertaken a project on Attrition prevailing in BPO/KPO industry wherein i would be conducting an indepth study of the causes and impacts of Attrition on BPO/KPO industry and accordingly Retention Strategies would be designed which would help BPO's/KPO's to retain their employees.
