Dear Ms. Rupal Tiwari,
I'm unable to figure out the basis of your intention in quitting after 6 months. Can you explain us why?
- Do you have a job some where else or predicting that you may get a job with that 6 months experience that you would carry?
Any occupation has its specific experience. Recruiting is a part of Human Resources and whether whichever company you serve; all it matters is your practise & subject knowledge. In BPO's or ITES sectors they have positions ascertained to business entity. All you learn in recruiting here is about the Job descriptions, Clientele, Interaction with the candidate while recruiting etc. If there is a job where you could swiftly transform; its upto your decision. However, if you give your best upto certain time, the next employer wouldn't have a point to raise against your stability. Think twice before you make a preference.
Good Luck!!

Hi Rupal,
I am looking at it from a different angel. When you say working hours are 9 hrs viz a viz salary is 6k; you are not a piece rate / working at hourly wages. Training & condition are not provided as you justify saying yourself that it is a small consultancy. Ofcourse in such small consultancy you do not expect having a professional environment.
Coming to your query, you are worried about your experience of recruiting candidates in an BPO. Your experience will be judged by how many candidates did you place, quality & level of candidates you placed, how did you coordinate, with whom did you coordinate, what was the total revenue you generated for your consultancy & your knowledge about the sector.
Precisely, experience is what you did at consultancy being its employee & not that you recruited only for BPO.
Suggest, you complete atleast a year to gain maturity, knowledge & experience. Quitting a job in such short span is no good to company or employee. Experience equal to or below 6 months are almost considered to be fresher UNLESS you already have an offer in hand.

Dear Ms. Rupal Tiwari,
You go anywhere at anycorner in this world... you would depict yourself considerably low as every company has it own room for politics. What matters is how you trounce and overcome them is in your mete out. If you think you can push a li'l effort you may gain experience no matter the readiness to handle a bunch of raucous & strindent people all over. Panicking will aloof you from actions you want to learn. Do not cast a shadow over to breathe now, you may feel the difficulty later.

Hello Rupal.tiwari,
Let's segregate the points you raised.
1] Unfavorable working condition
2] Another reason is I work For an 9 hours and At the end I get 6,000 P.M. salary is not an constrain
3] Proper training and condition are not favorable that I am looking for my carrier growth...
How about "DEFINING" as per YOUR understanding the following terms you used:
--Unfavorable working condition--What, in your view, is a 'favorable' working condition?
--6,000 p.m. for 9 hrs working & in the same breathe saying 'salary is not an constraint'--What is the salary, in YOUR view, reasonable for 9 hrs working?
--Proper training and condition are not favorable--What do you mean by 'proper'?
A lot would depend on what YOU WANT--frankly, if you have gone by any 'friendly' advice that you are wasting your time here, suggest VERY STRONGLY that you ought to begin to think & act from 'your' perspective--NOT from what others say.
Like Sharmila Das & Hiral Mehta suggested, pl focus on FIRST building your experience--with whatever opportunities come your way.
Have you learnt EVERYTHING there's to learn in the BPO segment--which is where you seem to be working now? If your answer, is 'yes', then frankly, I don't think anyone can guide you ever--since NONE...Repeat NONE....can learn 100% in any field, irrespective of the timeframe.
Like the Saying goes: 'A bird in-hand is worth two in the bush'. In your effort to seek greener pastures when YOU ARE NOT READY for it, there's a danger that you may loose even what you have in-hand now [the key words being 'NOT READY'].
At the EoD, it's YOUR Career & so your choices/decisions.
All the Best.
