Organization Chart is a base for almost each & every company / organization irrespective of its size & number of employees.
It helps in differentiating the departments & positions and establishes a proper reporting structure also.

IT Depends on the size , employees and hierarchy of your organization but make a simple chart don't make it complicated. First make a map and write down the communication level who report whom then write about all the departments and people come under after this put them in a proper hierarchy format
