I am associated with a 10 years old IT company in India with a manpower of 60. I joined the company as a Talent Acquisition specialist. Now I got promoted to a new role which says, HR Executive / Talent acquisition lead / Management assistant. I would like to know is there any position that I can suggest to the management which will combine all of these roles into one. Thank you.

Dear member,

In your new role, duties related to Talent Acquisition or as an HR Executive are understandable. However, what will you do as "Management Assistance"? If you will handle duties related to administration, then the appropriate designation would be "HR Executive and Administration".

Though besides the point, your post raises doubt in the reader's mind. After working as a "Talent Acquisition Specialist" for 10 years, if your employer thinks it fit to give you the designation of "HR Executive", then it raises a question on your career growth. By now any other professional would have aspired to become a Manager. When will you become a manager? I wish you apply your mind to this question also.

Thanks,

If you are now working inb the role of executive, then your ideal designation should be Executive - HR/Talent acquisition/Management services or Office services
