Hey Friends,
My question is that.... if someone is working on weekly off ...How it shall be compensated??
1. Can he eligible for Overtime
2. or he can eligible for Compensatory off??
or he can eligible for both overtime & Compensatory off.??
kindly give me solution with reference to rules mention in act.

As per Act he has to be given with Compensatory off on or before 10th day .

Dear Sir,
As per act and level, worker level is applicable for overtime, staff is applicable compensatory off before 10 days. if employee is not avail c.off. he can avail c.off with in two month as per factory act.
