Currently i am working in Adminstration profile and while working i did MBA in HR through Distance learning but couldn't grasp good knowledge in HR profile , please help me to learn HR profile work , which steps i should follow to learn HR work . my meaning of HR profile is HR generalist work , HR /IR work both .
