Hi,
Is there any existing HR process? If yes, is it documented? If No, what is he process being followed? Document (Process map) the same.
Even if HR process is not documented are there any templates/ formats that they are using? If yes, compile them. If no, based on past record formats used consistently, prepare formats/ templates with the same.
