I need to conduct training sessions for my Hotel and the Company does not have any material regarding training I would request you to please help me with some basic training material for Motivation. Team building, Soft Skills, and also some activities for training sessions. Please not Company is strictly not in favor to call external agencies for training and they want to build in house training department as well, hence would request your expert support on the same, please provide with some basic materials

Are there people qualified to conduct in house training on motivation.
Materiel alone will not help.
It needs a depth of knowledge and experience to do proper motivation training.If in house expertise is lacking,it would be good to get outside help.
They will bring expertise,wider knowledge and do good job,if agency is selected carefully.

Earlier I have given my views on the motivation training. There is no motivation training as such. You need to create conditions that motivate your employees. If training would have motivated employees then it would have suited the employers as all that was required was to pay minimum wages and give weekly does of motivation.
