What is your educational qualification? Build up on your education, pursue a higher degree, may be an MBA. Seems that would be the best thing you can do for your career.
If you need to earn right now, take up a job and enroll for a part time course or else join a full time MBA. Any skills you develop will open far less doors than a degree certificate at this stage.
