Can anyone come up with a format in which we can reply to Employment verification mails, right now i am assigned with the task of reverting back and authenticating the mails of our Ex Employees employment, please revert with the format to reply those mails

Hi Rekha
There is no any format for Ex-Employee verification.
You will get the verification mail from the verification agents or fro the employers. So there you just need to fill the details in relevand places.
