I signed a bond with my previous employer while joining. I had issues with my previous employer re. working in shifts, salary increments and transfers. I got a better opportunity after working in the previous organisation. But while quitting the job, i didn submit any resignation letter. After 2 months they sent me a recovery letter and now after one yr they have sent me a bond repayment letter. Is this letter valid once as they sent me a recovery letter before sending the bond repayment letter..??

Hi Arun,
it is better to get the issues cleared with your previous employer and obtain a clerance certificate. Without submitting resignation & obtaining the relieving letter is an issue. Pl. talk to them and get the issues resolved failing which they have every right to approiach legally because the notice period is part of your appointment conditions.
