The first PPT is extremely helpful, as I have been developing my own TTT session. I am using Bob Pike's Book - Creative Training Techniques - as a foundation. Many of the principles or concepts in the first PPT look to be based on that same material. For folks who want more, check it out.
Another great resource I am using is The Winning Trainer, by Eitington.
