I working in Pvt Organisation where our Employer considers provident fund as a part of CTC.
1. Our deductions are made same amount that we contribute to EPF. i.e. 324 my/324 employers. Why is that so? My PF slip shows employers contribution of 30.56% only. i.e. 324 my/99.01 employers.
2. If my same amount deducted then why not contributed to provident fund by employer?
3. Considering deductions in my CTC yearly if get less amount of 69%. What should I do?

Employer contribution to PF is 3.67% on your pay that is Rs.99 which is correct and the balance 8.33% of employer contribution will go to FPS which will be paid separately by the employer in Account No 10
