I am running a small industry. It comes under Tamil Nadu shops and establishment Act and rules.
I want to know that how much I have to pay a labour law consultant if I am fix them for my company.

Sir, It is depend of arear and avalability and image of consultant. but its cost is rs.30000 per annum as per experience.

it shd be including visit fees and etc.Then it should be 50,000.00 including all expenses.

It will solely depend upon number of employees and exact scope of work offered to consultant and acts covered for compliance. In pune for 50 employees BPO, we are paying Rs. 4000 pm for ensuring compliance under PF and ESI Act.
