Please suggest a good subsidize canteen administration system. I mean instead of issuing coupons & keeping & maintaining manual register for avail canteen facilities by employees ( proper link /track with counting numbers v/s monthly billing )

Keep a Biometric System linked to your PC, every time the employee taking lunch can punch, the same can be recorded & accounted on monthly basis.

BIOMETRIC SYSTEM is the only solution to your problem. But again there is no FOOL PROOF SYSTEM as we human beings are held responsible for the mistakes we do, without giving second thought.

hi this is rajesh from puducherry working has a Hr/admin executive. we are having biometric system for the attendance purpose but we have insisted if an employee goes out in leave (ie.., half day or in permission) he/she has to punch in the biometric machine and then proceed if the system of punshing for lunch is followed here here exists a confusion accordingly, so can anyone please help me out in this problem
