Limited or partnership ....it has no bearing on your policies
Yours is a factory or establishment?
Accordingly you need to follow
Factory
Provides only for earned leave for every 20 days worked. No casual or sick leave is provided
Establishments
15 vdays of earned leave and 12 days of casual/sick leave are provided There may be some modification on this from state to state

Dear Sir,
Please guide me about leave policy for employees in Limited Company. If an employee who has his rest day on Sunday he does not do his duty on Saturday and also fails to do it on Monday. Whether he is entitle to get benefit of Sunday rest !

Dear Mr Siva,
Thank you so much for your guidance.Sir,how to differentiate between factory and establishment.Our company is registered under companies act 1956 and is company limited by shares(that is what written on our memorandum).does it mean our company is establishment?
Yesterday I read Factories Act 1948 in which it has given that entitled leaves for an employee completing 240 days within a last year of his work period with company are 8PL,8CL,8SL.
Can you guide me on this.Please.
