Dear All,
Good Morning,
Many corporate MNC’s having hierarchy level for all designations and isolate their jobs. My query is about, what are the roles and responsibilities for HR-Executive, Sr.HR Executive, HR-Manager, Sr.HR-Manager, VP-HR, etc…
Please could you differentiate their profiles and how they split the day-day assignments?
I’ll expect all members on citehr forum should give an appropriate feedback.
Thanks in advance.

Dear Sarvanan,
Each organization has different roles alloted. Naturally the responsibilities given should be as per priority basis.
Executive has no exp. or less exp. so not major work is alloted to them.
Sr. Executive have now good experience so major (no so..... major) but responsiblities like ESIC, PF, Grat. etc can be given
Manager definetley have good exp. so he will supervise all recrutment, offer letter, appointment letter, MIS, attrition etc.
Head / VP is much more expeience. he will frame policies, supervise, take decision, etc
Hope some ideas are clear.

Dear Saravana
Greetings.
You have asked good question about roles and responsibilites of HR Personnel in a big company.
We can talk at length about this subject, but in a nutshell it will be determined based on the following characteristics.
01. VP / GM - HR, Exploring the possibility of introducing new concepts with regard to recruitment, training, goals of the organisation
02. HR Manager and Dy. Manager: Day to day governance of HR Functions with regard to Recruitment, training, welfare, payroll admn, industrial relations
03. Executive and Sr.Executive - HR: Execution of the HR Work assigned to them with regard to all functions of HR Dept.
Hope i have explained to certain extent about the Responsibilities of HR Hierarchy.
Cheers
