Hi,
Being an HR person you have to handle recruitments, post hirings, indution, orientation, payrolls, employee communication, trainning & development.
HR is the back bone of any organization, so HR People have to work hard as they have to make people happy in the organization. So have to be perfect in communication & behavior.

Dear All,
I am really surprised to see the response of this person saying no work in HR. I dont want to say anything bcoz being in HR I have a lot of work, it will not get complete if I'll sit the whole night in the office.
People wants to learn- learning never ends
People dont want to learn- There is nothing to learn & to do.
Best regards,
Nidhi Singh

Hi Friend..
HR is one Department wherein there are so many divisions inside it like Recruitment, Generalist, training & development, ...... it goes on ..... It depends on your interest in which part of HR u want to build ur interest.....

thats the attitude of an HR....
Cant an employee tell the HR ,, that they should really work upon themselves and stop thinking high of themselves and misuse the management ,,, ... and show the humbleness in their daily work... and profession, instead of representing the companies strict policy to the employees and trouble them with their various tricks and techniques...
im here to make u all aware,, of what is HR,, and what s expected of u...
well u as HR cant even answer properly an employees queries... he he he  let others try...
