I am doing my project work in an IT company in HRD. I need to design an competency based assessment form which could be used by the interview panel during the course of interview and after the interview for the feedback to the HR. i would appreciate it if anybody could give me any format or inputs in this regard.

Hi karthik,
We can't use genalise the format for competency based assessment form for all positions and levels in the orgnaization. Particulary in IT industry competencies required are very much specific to the task profile of particular position. Offcourse there are certain competencis like commitment, innovation attitude, communication skills,Leadership, mentoring and critique attitude.
Scale you choose to assess these competencies is also very important to assess the quality of resource
