I want to create a fresh leave policy for the company apart from the existing ones. Also, I need to calculate the overall productivity hours of the company. I need to know the calculation for OT hours and deductions too. Also, I need to create a No objection certificate for an employee who is going to be terminated by the company. I have a doubt- we work for 9 hrs and 0.5 hrs is the lunch break. Can lunch hrs be included while calculating a day's salary? Kindly suggest.

Total hours excluding the intervals of rest shall not exceed 8 hours on any day if you work for 6 days in a week. This is excluding lunch and other breaks. The daily spread over including the intervals for rest shall not exceed 10 hours and 30 minutes. Any work beyond 8 hours a day or 48 hours a week shall attract overtime payment at double the rate of wages.

Hi Joseph,

What "No Objection Certificate" you require. You have stated the NOC is for a employee who is about to be terminated. So what is the background of termination and why you want NOC to be collected from the employee. Can you please throw more light on this.
