First, find out the basic cause of attrition, is it related to company policies, compensation pattern, working conditions, managerial/supervisory attitudes, low morale of employees, etc Thereafter, try to address the problem area. You will need deeper look into the organisation psyche, alarming attrition is not the disease, it is a symptom of something deeper.

Hi,

Please conduct one to one sessions, Exit interviews periodically and find out the actual reason.

Do some home work on salary range of Therapists in similar organizations and check whether the compensation you are offering is on par on with industry norms.

Introduce welfare measures and ensure congenial work environment.
