Greetings Everyone,
I am currently working in an IT service based company from past a year and i have total of 2 years of experience in HR and Operations. I just wanted to know that what would my future salary be if i continue to be in the same field.
Am bit concerned about this from past few months as i can see software developers and sales professionals demand for a high rise in their package when they are joining a new company, i do agree some of them have a valid reason to demand for that as they know the technology or they can bring that amount of sales to the organisation.
But my major question is most of the companies are not ready to invest something good or offer a better a package for Human Resources as they believe that those can be done or performed by anybody who has some decent knowledge.
I just wanted to know what is the industry standard salary for an HR (Operations, Management, recruitment) who has 4+ years of experience in the same domain.
2 years?
6 years?
8 years?
I know it's stupid to ask such question but...
Thanks in advance
