1) There should be saparate changing room, rest room as welfare facility as per Factory, Shop Act
2) There should be creche if crossing the limit.In Maharashtara limit is 30 nos May be change as per new labour code,check your state limit.
3) Availablity of sanitary napkins and incinerator to dispose it.
Now days vending machine available in market or refilling and maintenance agencies are available in Google.
4) It is usefull that giving the awareness training about Maternity benifit.
5) if working in Shift than need to provide transport with lady security guard.
