Greetings!! Please Confirm whether new labour codes is implemented in Delhi from July 1st.

As per the available information, Central Govt is rolling out New Labour Codes in Phases.

Government is planning to roll out all the Labour Codes-which were passed by Parliament in September 2020, but these are yet to come into effect, mainly due to dithering by some major States to frame the rules,under their domain.

New labor codes can not implement only at Delhi. There was market information to implement it from 01.07.2022. But it has not been implemented. When it will be implemented - it will be for whole of India.

The newspapers picked up and sensenalised the news basically based on the Minister of State's reply in the parliament 2 months ago that the government is trying to implement the laws soon and probably will notify July 1, 2022

Then no notification has come, so when it comes, is still anyone's guess
