Dear Sir, Please clarify my doubt.
If any National & festival Holiday falls on Sunday, is that day should be paid a one-day extra salary or give a C-off?
For example,
Total days in a month = 30
Payable days = 26 (Excluding Sunday - Weekly Off)
N&FH Falls on Any of the Sunday.
What I suppose to do. should I pay one day extra? Or normal monthly salary is enough because of the holiday falls on Weekly Off. Or we has to give one day extra leave (C-off) to employee.
Pls clarify and quote if there is any section relating to this issue.
