Hello Everyone,

I was working in a company that I joined in July and have worked till 8th October 2022. In September I was told that due to a low-performance issue we were revising my salary and lowering it from 32K to 25K and promised me that it would be applicable from the next month, but on the payday, they denied it, and said that they can give me 25K salary for the month of September and I can continue working in the organization or they asked me to do resign from the job and they will give me 32K as it is.

I agreed to their condition and opted to resign where my salary will be credited within 45 days time period. I have given my client handover to my manager on my last working day along with all the company assets.

Now the director of the company is messaging me for client-related queries and cussing me. Due to this, my mental health is getting hampered.

Can you please tell me that whether I am liable to those clients now or not?
Also, Can I file a complaint if I didn't receive my full and final settlement?

Regards
Sahil

Till the notice period is over, you continue to be an employee and hence have to fulfill all the duties and responsibilities of your post. We presume that you resigned and were relieved on 8th October, thereafter you are not responsible to discharge any work coming your way. You have already accepted to be paid F&F settlement within 45 days, so you need to wait till that time.
