An employee joins in May and in the same month he met with an accident and is under treatment under ESI. This is okay. Now the month running is July and you are saying that month may is not over. What does it mean?
In order to pay the accident benefits to the employee the ESIC will ask for form 32 (contribution record) and in that you have just to show what is his salary daily wages (average salary) had he worked for the entire month. Please check if the ESIC had asked for this form (specimen attached) or something else. There are there columns and in your case you are expected to fill in C
