Greetings of the day!

As per your query you require CTC of 10 LPA where 50 K will be Joining Bonus.

Please note that Bonus amount can't be more then prescribed limit as mentioned under the Bonus Act.

2nd thing Bonus is applicable to Employee whose Salary is less or equal to Rs. 21,000/-

Basic 48,200.00
HRA 19,280.00
Fuel 12,050.00
Gross 79,530.00
Leave 3,824.00
Total 83,354.00
CTC 1,000,248.00

Joining Bonus is nothing but a welcome bonus for any new employee who is joining in the organization. Some organizations are paying such Bonus. It has no relations with Bonus payment under the payment of bonus act.

Any organization can pay Bonus as per payment of bonus act more than the statutory limit. In those cases the extra amount is usually booked as exgratia.
