Hello, I urgently need your help as I started working here and framing policies for them. They have different factory outlets registered on another company name. Over there 30 contractual workers are working. I need to frame the appointment letter as per Maharashtra government law and leave policy. My confusion is that is there a leave policy for contractual labors? Please help me to frame a letter for them.
